Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JSON Workshop website, tools, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these rules, you may not access or use our developer utility suite.

2. Permitted Use of Service

This platform is provided for formatting, validating, and minifying JSON data. You are permitted to use this tool for personal, educational, or commercial software engineering purposes, provided that your use does not cause service degradation.

3. Future Paid Capabilities

While our core formatting, validation, and minifying tools will always remain 100% free, we reserve the right to introduce advanced paid features, server-side integrations, or cloud workspace syncing options in the future.

4. Service Disclaimers

JSON Workshop is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with corrupted or malformed data packets.

5. Intellectual Property

The brand logo, visual components, code formatting logic, and custom styles of JSON Workshop are owned by the project. The raw JSON code strings you paste, import, or compile remain your own intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Operations

You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the website, script engines, or local storage structures, or use automated scrapers or DDOS scripts that degrade platform performance.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JSON Workshop, its maintainers, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, or code compilation errors) arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate access to any features without prior notice. If you have questions regarding these terms, please reach out via our email at terms@jsonworkshop.com or view details on our About Page.
